Each contest will have a separate expiration date. All work is to be submitted by these dates. Since the works will be viewed online by others, it is advisable that artists, animators, and writers copyright or secure their works before submission. Mangalocity.com is not responsible for works being stolen or copied upon submission.
All artists who submit their work to the Manga Drawing Contest and The Mecha Design Contest must pay a non-refundable submission processing fee. The amount of the fee is $1.99 per contest. If a person wanted to enter work into the two contests, it would cost them $3.98. The prizes being awarded to the winners will be much more than this. Even if one does not win the contest, all works submitted will be shown in our Mangalocity's online Contest Gallery. and our website will host future contests.The prizes awarded will be as follows:
Mangalocity.com will be hosting five separate contests at our websites launch!
The five contests will be the Poser Sci Fi Mascot Contest, the Manga Drawing Contest, the Sci Fi/ Horror Writers Contest, The Mecha Design Contest, and the CGI Render Landscape Contest
Prizes will be awarded to the winners of all five contests and their work will be shown online in our Members Gallery.
Cash prizes will be awarded on three out of the five contests. The Manga Drawing Contest and the Mecha Design Contest will both offer cash prizes, while the writers contest will contain other prizes.
Best of all, the Poser Sci Fi Mascot Contest, the SciFi Horror Writers Contest, and the CGI Render Landscape Contest will all be free submission, meaning anyone can enter their work onto the gallery and enter the mascot contest with no submission fee! The other two contests will have small submission fees in order to enter.
Manga Drawing Contest: Winners will receive $150.00 cash
SciFi/Horror Writers Contest: Winners will receive $75.00 or brand new Dvd Player
Mecha Design Contest: Winners will receive $250.00 cash
Poser Sci Fi Mascot Contest: Winners will receive $75.00 or brand new Mp3 Player
CGI Render Landscape Contest winners will receive $100.00 cash

General Submission Guidelines and Information For Contests
1. Send photocopies only. All work sent will not be returned.
2. The contest is open to anyone in the world. However, we'd prefer amateur artists, not professionals.
3.Make sure you fill out our contest submission form before emailing any work to us. Otherwise your work will not be entered into the contest.
4. Use your own work only. Do not submit anyone else's work other than your own.
5. Work as hard as you can.
6. All work emailed to us will be posted in our online gallery within 24hrs.
7.All artists may only enter one piece of artwork in each contest.
