The Mecha Design Contest will be a competition hosted here at Mangalocity.com. We are looking for designers who demonstrate excellent knowledge of Cgi and mechanical design. We want to see your design for a mech. We are looking for designs that have rich texture, and intricate overall design. We prefer to see Japanese style mecha.. However, we don't want to see a generic Japanese style. Add your own flavor to your work.
After filling out the submission form and paying a non-refundable submission fee of $1.99, artists will be emailed a confirmation email informing them that their order has been processed, and that they now may email their work to transduction@mangalocity.com. Mangalocity.com will then post their work on our online contests gallery.
All artists should submit their work via email. The size of the work needs to be 780x664 or 203kb. All work submitted will be viewed on our website. If you have any questions, just email Steve at transduction@hotmail.com.
a $250 cash prize will be awarded to the winner of the Japanimation contest. Deadline for all work will be August 15, 2004. All work submitted for the contest after this date will be invalid. To get information on the other four contests, just go to the contests page. All work submitted must be the artist's original work. Any work submitted which is copyrighted by another artist will be rejected.
Also, it is advisable to make sure that your own work has been protected. All works submitted will be placed in our online gallery, and can be viewed by others. Mangalocity.com is not responsible for your works been copied or reproduced upon posting works on our sites.
