Final Fantasy- ADVENT CHILDREN
One word: breathtaking. Tetsuya Nomura has done an excellent job in putting together the final pieces of Puzzle that is Final Fantasy 7. This is not a game; it is a movie. This movie will have most of your favorite Final Fantasy 7 Charaters such as Barret, Tifa, Cloud, and back from the grave: Sephiroth. There are three other charaters that have the same facial charateristics as Sephiroth (actually the fight between Cloud and Kazoo looks like it's worth the price of the movie alone). Final Fantasy fans: Discard any nauseous feelings that you've held in the past about the Spirit Within. This film will make you re-evaluate your opinion of Square Films.
It has been released in Japan this past summer. It is uncertain of an American box office movie showing, but for the money Square-Enix has poored into this film, count on it coming to DVD in the states. If you want to see this film right now, either fly or swim to Japan or you can just import it (sigh). Seeing it in English will take some time however.
This film will have graphics that rival, if not beat The Spirits Within. Don't bother trying to watch the bootleg version of this film. It is so detailed and defined that it will be a waste your your time. Its graphics are worth paying for.
